What’s in a Name?
Why “Snooty and the Beast”?
If you know us, you know we love a good inside joke – and “Snooty and the Beast” is one of our favorites… so much so that we named our wedding website after it!
At its core, it’s a playful way to describe our dynamic. We’re both sweet, generous, and genuine (we promise), but like any couple, we have our moments when get a bit feisty and push each other’s buttons… sometimes by accident and sometimes just for the fun of it.
When one of us reaches our limit, we jokingly call it being “snooty” – a lighthearted way to acknowledge their moody ‘tude and it seemed like Steph frequently embodied that mood. And because everything in life is a little more manageable with humor, we made it punny – like Beauty and the Beast, but with our own twist! Naturally, Alex took on the role of “the Beast” because he’s a furry, uncouth monster.
Life is challenging enough, so why not laugh at ourselves and have fun along the way?

There are 2 entrances to Model Farm Event Center. Please use the correct entrance to ensure a seamless event flow and avoid confusion or disruption.
STAFF | VENDORS | WEDDING PARTY | DISABLED GUESTS:
Take a right on Amy Road and left into the venue.
If blocked, please contact Ashley Smith at (775) 400-0565.
FAMILY & FRIENDS:
Drive past Amy Road and take a right on Pasture View Road.
Take a right into the venue and follow signs for parking area.
